1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any booking made with Prime London Inspections (“we”, “us”) for property inspection and certification services across London & the M25. By booking a service or using this site, you accept these terms.

2. Bookings and pricing

• All prices shown are VAT-inclusive unless stated otherwise, and are fixed at the time of booking for the property size/tier selected
• A booking is confirmed once we've verified the details with you by phone or email
• If your property doesn't match the size/tier booked, we'll confirm any price adjustment with you before proceeding
• Quote-based services are priced individually following a survey or details you provide, and are confirmed in writing before work begins

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel a booking by contacting us directly. We ask for as much notice as possible — late cancellation or failure to provide access on the day may incur a call-out charge, which we'll confirm with you at the time.

4. Access and site conditions

You're responsible for ensuring our engineer has safe, reasonable access to the property (and any relevant keys, alarm codes, or tenant liaison) at the agreed time. We reserve the right to reschedule, at no extra charge, if access cannot be gained.

5. Certificates and reports

Certificates and reports are issued based on the condition of the property at the time of inspection. Where an inspection identifies faults or non-compliance, this will be recorded on the report — remedial work, where required, is quoted and carried out separately unless agreed otherwise.

6. Liability

We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance for the work we carry out. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
